Preferences and cookies
The language choice is held in a first-party cookie so the site server can select the correct language page; it is sent to the same domain with requests. The theme and notice acknowledgement remain only in your browser’s localStorage and are not sent to the server. These values are not identifiers and are not used for tracking. Recipients and transfers
Technical request data may be processed by infrastructure providers that host and secure the site, solely to deliver the service and maintain security. When you contact us by e-mail or phone, the relevant e-mail and telecommunications providers process the data needed to carry the communication.
Data is not sold to third parties for advertising or marketing. It may be disclosed to legally authorised public bodies only where a legal duty or valid request applies. Provider contracts, current infrastructure locations and any international-transfer mechanism must be verified before launch.
Retention periods
The language cookie and the theme/notice preferences are retained for no more than one year and may be deleted earlier through browser settings. Technical access records should be limited to the period required by the hosting provider for security and legal obligations.
Contact and quotation records are retained during the discussion. If a contract is formed, relevant records are kept for the limitation and retention periods required by the contract and applicable law, then erased, destroyed or anonymised.
Locally hosted fonts and external resources
Fonts are served from this site’s own host; no request is made to Google Fonts or another font network. The site uses no analytics, advertising pixel or social-media tracking code. A third party’s own privacy terms apply only when you choose to follow an external link.
Your rights — article 11
By applying to the controller, you may:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed.
- Request information if your personal data has been processed.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Request erasure or destruction under the conditions in article 7.
- Request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to recipients of the data.
- Object to an adverse result produced by analysis exclusively through automated systems.
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
How to apply
For general information you may use teklif@inchesu.com or +90 534 235 2741; a telephone call alone is not a formal application method under KVKK article 11.
Article 11 requests may be made in writing; by registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, an e-mail address previously notified to and registered with the controller, or a purpose-built application system.
The application must include name and surname; a signature for written applications; Turkish identity number for Turkish citizens or nationality and passport/identity number for others; service address, available e-mail/phone details and the subject of the request. Relevant information and documents should be attached.
Applications are handled as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, normally free of charge. The tariff set by the Board may apply if the process incurs an additional cost.

This notice may be updated as legislation or our processes change. The current version is always published on this page, with its date of effect above.
